Bajo and Hex Press Play on Screen It 2013

With less than a month left to enter the Screen It national schools filmmaking competition, we’ve got some news that’s sure to put fire in your belly!

Today we announced that our good friends Bajo and Hex, hosts of ABC TV’s Good Game, are coming on board as the very first Screen It Ambassadors!

And they’re taking their new role seriously, encouraging you to send in your live action film, game or animation. Here’s what they have to say:

Has Screen It scored the best Ambassadors or what?

Screen It is not just about creating video games of course. If you are in primary or secondary school anywhere in Australia, you can also create a live action film or an animation to be in the running for some great prizes for you and your school.

The theme for Screen It! 2013 is Connect

Entries must incorporate the competition theme for 2013, Connect, and there are extra prizes for those entries which also investigate the issue of bullying.

Are you inspired? Head to the Screen It page on the ACMI website for more information. We’re looking forward to receiving your entry by Friday 13 September, 2013.
