Inside Dragon Flight

One of the highlights of DreamWorks Animation: The Exhibition is undoubtedly The Dragon Flight, the 180-degree, immersive screen experience where visitors can climb on the back of Toothless and soar through Berk, the Viking village from the How To Train Your Dragon movies.

Aside from feeling the exhilaration of looping through mountains and skimming the sea, viewers are also taken on a journey through How To Train Your Dragon, from sketch to screen, with the environment evolving from the first page of a script to a fully-realised CGI environment.

But instead of us explaining it to you, why not hear from the man who designed it, DreamWorks Animation’s Special FX Supervisor Doug Cooper, speaking with our Exhibitions Manager Chris Harris.

DreamWorks Animation: The Exhibition runs until Sunday 5 October 2014.
