Voting has now closed on the Burton Wonderland Gallery’s final fourteen artworks. And while the result is not what we expected, we’re sure Tim Burton would be proud to hang any one of them on his wall.

This is the fourth and final in our series looking at some of the amazing entries we had to our Tim Burton tour guide competition. We had around 3½ hours worth of Youtube uploads and the talent and ingenuity on display by our youthful entrants gave us great hope for the artistic future of this country.

Art Director Deane Taylor joined us recently at ACMI for the first of our free Burton Sunday Talks series, The Art of the Nightmare Before Christmas. He enthralled the crowd with his experience of working on Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas and his otherwise very ‘animated’ life.
