Yackety Yak
ACMI’s Screen Education Team went rural at the end of 2010, relocating the digital classroom to a community hall in Yackandandah for two jam-packed days of animation and live-action filmmaking.
Firing up the old projector
In May, ACMI visited the Mt Alexander Shire towns of Castlemaine, Maldon and Newstead to document the region and its people. In September, they returned to the local communities to screen the finished films.
